Admission procedures

Dependence treatment program:

The person wishing to benefit from the community housing resource of Maison Lyse-Beauchamp must be referred by a professional of an establishment of the CISSS of the Laurentians, including a hospital or CLSC. To do so, the person must meet with a social worker who will conduct an individualized assessment of the situation experienced by the latter then contact the person responsible for housing at Maison Lyse-Beauchamp.

If you wish to make a request for help now, call or drop in a psychosocial department at Mont-Laurier or Riviere-Rouge’s CLSC.

The litigious person wishing to benefit from the certified Maison Lyse-Beauchamp hosting service must be reffered by correctionnal staff of the detention center Correctionnal Service of Quebec. To do so, the person must submit an application to the person responsible for his file. A telephon interview and a written application made by correctionnal staff are needed.

Studio Post-Therapy:

The person wishing to receive a Post-therapy studio must submit an application to the manager of Maison Lyse-Beauchamp and it will be treated according to the admission criteria, the progress made by the individual and studio’s availability. References are made in-house for this type of service.
